You must keep focused and placed  your targets  and affirmations accordingly. If you set an unrealistic goal and make an effort to reach that pounds using affirmations it's likely you'll get very frustrated.A far more focused approach is required. Set a realistic time limit for the amount of weight that you want to lose and write down exactly what weight you want to get down to and the exact date you want to do this by. Then write down an outline of the weight loss targets  for every single  week leading up to the  end  date. This step by step approach will probably keep you more positive when you are focussing on regular, gradual changes than just choosing the overall goal all at one time.Once these goals  have been  set by you, commence to create your affirmations. Try to make the affirmations specific to what you would like to achieve. So instead of saying "I am thin ", say "I weight 120 pounds" or " I've a set stomach" or "I excess fat 20 pounds not as much " etc .
